Plants & Landscaping

Meet your Plant Expert.
Kristin has been working as a designer for nearly two decades, with a deep focus on how plants shape the way a space feels and functions. She holds a Permaculture Design Certificate from Oregon State University, which informs how she thinks about planting — how species relate to each other, how they perform across Pacific Northwest seasons, and how a well-considered planting plan can solve problems that hardscaping alone cannot.
Six years designing across Seattle and the Eastside has given her a strong sense of what grows here, what lasts, and what looks right against the architecture and landscape of this region.
Projects that feature our Plants & Landscaping

We had the chance to work with a client who loved plants, and needed a guiding hand to make her garden *pop*. We were able to mix testure and color and installed flowers that would bloom throughout the year. The result was a gardener’s dream.

When we started working with our clients in Burien, they needed some native plant restoration to offset construction on their property. We were able to surround the native plants with some extra color to make a beautiful hillside view.

Our client wanted a rain garden with native Pacific Northwest plants, but also drought tolerate blooms. She ended up with a well-draining, low-maintenace backyard.
