How We Work at Terreworks
We always start with an on-site consultation. This gives us a chance to walk the property with you, hear your goals, and get a feel for the space. We look at everything—sun patterns, soil health, existing plants, drainage issues, and any site-specific challenges. It’s also when we talk budget, timeline, and whether any permitting or restoration work will be part of the project.
From there, we move into design and planning. We create a concept tailored to your site and vision—complete with layout ideas, planting palettes, and materials. Once the direction feels right, we develop a full package that includes scaled drawings, a detailed plan, and a comprehensive estimate for your review and approval.
We’re flexible in how the project can come to life. If you’re looking to spread things out, we can create a phased approach or offer a menu of options so you can prioritize based on your needs and budget.
During construction, our team handles everything—from prepping the site to installing hardscapes, plants, irrigation, and lighting. We stay hands-on to make sure everything comes together with care and attention to detail.
When it’s all done, we do a walkthrough with you to make sure you love the finished product. We also provide care tips for your new landscape and offer ongoing maintenance if you’d like help keeping things looking beautiful.
